Enhancing Your Experience: Introducing Upgraded Features Based on Your Feedback!

New Add Section Feature

One of the highlights of this update is our revamped “Add Section” feature that simplifies the process of adding new sections to your quote. Gone are the days of navigating through multiple clicks to access this function. Now, you can seamlessly add sections directly on the quote itself, streamlining your workflow for increased efficiency.

How It Works

When working on your quote, you’ll notice a subtle yet powerful change. Hover your mouse over the “Plus” symbol located between each section, and watch it transform into an “Add Section” button. With just one click, you can effortlessly insert a new section before or after the selected section, all without disrupting your workflow. This intuitive enhancement aims to make the quoting process smoother and more user-friendly.

 

Enhanced Contact Information Management

To further enhance your experience, we have added additional fields for storing information related to your contacts. This enhancement enables you to keep more specific information for each customer without the need to rely on manual notes or reminders. Now, you can access key customer details conveniently within the platform, facilitating better communication and seamless knowledge sharing. This also includes adding Bill and Ship information important for customers who have an ERP integration.

 

 

Using AI Takeoff? 

We are simplifying the process  to convert your AI Takeoff directly into a quote. Say goodbye to the extra step of navigating to the “Specification List” widget to convert to a quote. With this update, you can seamlessly transition your AI Takeoff into a fully-fledged quote, saving you time and simplifying your workflow.  When your AI take off  is complete click “Convert to Quote” button to start the quote.
